The Inform examines how Member States ensure the protection of the fundamental rights of unaccompanied minors during the screening procedure and what role Children’s Ombudsman institutions play in this process. The Inform is based on an EMN Ad-Hoc Query launched by EMN Luxembourg and provides a comparative overview of approaches in 22 EMN Member States.
